How to React to the Question “Is She Your Daughter?”
One thing nearly every sugar relationship has in common is the age gap. As the average sugar daddy is in his mid-40s and the average sugar baby is in her early 20s, it is understandable that some people would assume they are father and daughter. I had a conversation with some people from the sugar bowl about how they would react to the question “is she your daughter” / “is he your father” and this is what they told me. Some answers were hilarious!
Reacting to “are you taking your daughter out for dinner?”

With humor
I’m not her real father. This will give people something to think about and, hopefully, realize that this question is as dangerous as asking a woman if she is pregnant.
She is my step-daughter. Yes, we know that everyone has watched at least one… movie with this story line ๐
With the truth (?)
This actually belongs to the category of humor. The guy might not be her father, but he certainly is her daddy. And several sugar babies reported playing along, calling him daddy and them kissing him passionately ๐
With a lie to save face
There are many plausible scenarios where no one would be judged for going out with a much younger lady. For instance:
We work together at a non-profit.
I’m her boss. ๐
We are planning a surprise party.
Like some people deserve
Sincerely, I think the next answer is the truth:
It is none of your business.
Alternatively, you can react with silence + stare. My favorite.

Why do people want to know if she is your daughter?!
First of all, because people are nosy. They feel tempted to ask either because what they are seeing is sooo outside of their reality that they can’t find a plausible explanation or:
If a young male asks: he is pissed that he did not get the girl and wants to make the sugar daddy feel embarrassed.
If an older female asks: she is angry that a sugar baby “snatched” a handsome, wealthy man out of her dating pool.
Having all of that in mind, never let a question like that ruin your date! If anyone asks that, you can be proud of yourself because you make such a pretty couple together that you make people envy!
